My Facebook Fan Page is central to my marketing strategy, and if you’re a small entrepreneur, you should build such a page too.

The takeaway here is to be extremely careful when creating a Facebook Fan page for your business, or when having someone create a Fan Page for you. It is currently impossible to transfer admin rights to the page, and that can severely threaten the future of your Fan page if you have turnover at your organization. I think we managed to jump though seven levels of hell at work to get our FB group admin switched, but since it was all going to the same group email box, that made it a helluva lot easier.
