Is @TucsonPaul1 a real person? Probably not. I report tweets like this as spam. Some spammer out there just grabbed a photo of some poor guy and started posting trash.
Posts like these are a pain in the back.
Why even give this idiot screen space? Those folks get blocked as soon as I see them. The only followers they have are other ‘bots.
